"In December of 2009 I was involved in a serious auto accident resulting in unknown injuries to my back and neck and total loss of my vehicle.  After several frustrating weeks of attempting to deal with the insurance company of the individual responsible for the accident, I realized I had no choice but to seek legal counsel and representation.
